Cash loans can destroy you

Some time ago I have read about a guy who was ruined because of cash loans. I must add that those loans were not his loans but one of his family members. What is more he had no contact with this family member who was living in a different part of the country. They had never seen each other and the guy of whom I am writing now did not now that he had this relative. But he got to know that when a bank turned to him to pay off all Cash loans that his relative made many years ago. This relative died some time ago and he had no closer family so the bank started to look for some other family members who could pay off all the cash loans. And after few months they found this poor guy who did not know about the existence of the relative. Believe me or not but this guy was forced to pay off all the loans. According to the law in our country he had to pay off those loans as he was a relative of the guy who took them. And it did not matter that they did not know each other. This is how sick is the law in our country. The guy was ruined because some other guy in the other part of our country who took many cash loans and died was his relative. This is a true story and remember that such thing can happen to every one of us. And there is no escape. Sooner or later it will turn out that we have to pay off some loans of our relatives.
